Terms of Service
These terms describe what KeepAir is, what you are responsible for and how the service handles your data. They are written to be readable, not to replace legal advice for a specific deployment.
The service
KeepAir provides guided digital rituals and mini-apps for couples, and tools for therapists to orchestrate them. KeepAir is not a therapy practice, medical care or a crisis service: it is software that you use at your own pace, alongside any professional support you choose.
Your account and keys
You are responsible for your account, your recovery passphrase and the devices you use. Your private key stays on your device; KeepAir cannot recover it, and without your passphrase encrypted entries remain inaccessible.
Acceptable use
Use KeepAir lawfully and only with content you have the right to store. Do not attempt to access other people's data, disrupt the service, or upload unlawful material.
How your data is protected
Entries and messages are encrypted on your device before they reach the server. The server stores encrypted envelopes and non-content metadata such as timestamps and recipient identifiers; it cannot read what you write.
No medical advice
KeepAir does not diagnose or treat any condition and is not a substitute for professional care. In an emergency or crisis, contact your local emergency services or a crisis line immediately.
Availability
We work to keep KeepAir available, but we cannot promise uninterrupted service. Features may change as the product develops.
Ending use
You can stop using KeepAir at any time and delete your data in the app or by asking your therapist. These terms end when your account is removed.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the new version; material changes will be pointed out in the app.
